Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 24.--UNIFORM VITAL STATISTICS ACT

      65-2433.   Registration of divorces, annulments and adoptions.For each divorce, annulment of marriage, adoption or annulment ofadoption, the clerk of the court shall prepare within thirty (30) daysafter the decree becomes final, certificate of such decree on a formfurnished by the state registrar and before the fifteenth (15th) day ofeach calendar month the clerk shall forward to the state registrar thecertificates prepared by him during the preceding calendar month.
