65-2818. Same; annual election of officers; powers and duties;position of secretary of board abolished.(a) The board shall organize annually at its first meeting subsequent toJuly 1 and shall select a president and vice-president from its ownmembership. The president and vice-president shall have the power toadminister oaths pertaining to the business of the board.
(b) The position of secretary of the state board of healing arts ishereby abolished. Whenever the secretary of the state board of healingarts, or words of like effect, is referred to or designated by a statute,contract or other document, such reference or designation shall be deemedto apply to the president of the board.
