Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 28.--HEALING ARTS

      65-2828.   Rules and regulations designating examinations and passing grade;reexamination.(a) The board shall adopt rules and regulations designating the examinationsrequired under K.S.A.65-2873 and amendments thereto and the passing grade on each examination.

      (b)   Any applicant who fails any examination required under K.S.A. 65-2873and amendments thereto may have a reexamination in accordance with criteriaestablished by rules and regulations of the board, which criteria may limit thenumber of times an applicant may retake the examination until the applicant hassubmitted evidence acceptable to the board of further professional study.
