Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 28.--HEALING ARTS

      65-2832.   Preservation of examination results; availability.The results of any examination for a license shall be preserved for two(2) years. During this time the results of an examination shall be availableto the applicant or the duly authorized representative of the applicantunder regulations prescribed by the board.
