Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 28.--HEALING ARTS

      65-2847.   Same; costs due state; uncollectible, paid by board.All costs accrued at the instance of the state, when it is thesuccessful party, and which the attorney general certifies cannot becollected from the defendant, shall be paid out of any available funds inthe state treasury to the credit of the board.
