Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 28.--HEALING ARTS

      65-2851a.   Administrative proceedings; procedure, review and civil enforcement.(a) All administrative proceedingsprovided for by article 28 of chapter 65 of the Kansas Statutes Annotatedand affecting any licensee licensed under that articleshall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Kansasadministrative procedure act.

      (b)   Judicial review and civil enforcement of any agency action underarticle 28 of chapter 65 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated shall be inaccordance with the act for judicial review and civil enforcement of agency actions.
