65-2857. Injunction and quo warranto for unlawful practice of the healing arts.An action in injunction or quo warranto may be brought and maintained inthe name of the state of Kansas to enjoin or oust from the unlawful practiceof the healing arts, any person who shall practice the healing arts as definedin this act without being duly licensed therefor.
