Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 28.--HEALING ARTS

      65-2859.   Filing false documents with board; forgery; penalty.Any person who shall file or attempt to file with the board any false orforged diploma, certificate, affidavit or identification or qualification,or any other written or printed instrument, shall be guilty offorgery asprovided by K.S.A. 21-3710 and a severity level 8, nonperson felony.
