Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 28.--HEALING ARTS

      65-2865.   Rules and regulations; filing.The board shall promulgate all necessary rulesand regulations, not inconsistent herewith, for carrying out the provisions of thisact, which rules and regulations shall include standards for the dispensingof drugs by persons licensed to practice medicine and surgery.It may also adopt rules and regulations supplementing any of theprovisions herein contained but not inconsistent with this act. Allrules and regulations promulgated and adopted by the board shall befiled with the secretary of state as required by law.
