Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 28.--HEALING ARTS

      65-2875.   Accredited schools of osteopathic medicine defined.An accredited school of osteopathic medicine for the purpose of this actshall be a school or college which requires the study of osteopathic medicineand surgery in all of its branches which the board shall determine to havea standard of education not below that of the Kirksville college of osteopathyand surgery. All such schools shall be approved by the board.
