65-2880. Pending actions; vested rights saved.This act shall in no manner affect pending actions, either civil orcriminal, founded on or growing out of any statute hereby repealed. Thisact shall in no manner affect rights, or causes of action, either civil orcriminal, not in suit and that may have already accrued or grown out of anystatute hereby repealed.
