Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 28.--HEALING ARTS

      65-2888.   Invalidity of part.If any division, section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase orrequirement of this act is for any reason held to be unconstitutional, suchdecision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions thereof.The legislature hereby declares that it would have passed this act, andeach division, section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or requirementthereof irrespective of the fact that any one or more divisions, sections,subsections, sentences, clauses, phrases, or requirements be declaredunconstitutional.
