      65-28a13.   Physician assistant ownership limitationsin professional corporations.(a) The state board of healing arts shall adopt rules and regulations to limitthe percentage of ownership when a licensed physician assistant forms aprofessional corporation pursuant to K.S.A. 17-2706 et seq., andamendments thereto, in combination with other professional services.

      (b)   This section shall be part of and supplemental to the physician assistantlicensure act.
