Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 29.--PHYSICAL THERAPY

      65-2903.   Physical therapy advisory council;membership; qualifications.There is hereby created a physicaltherapy advisory council toassist the board in carrying out theprovisions ofthis law. The council shallconsist of five members, citizens and residents of the state of Kansas,three of whom shall be physical therapists, one of whom shall be aphysician licensed by the board to practice medicine and surgery and one ofwhom shall be a member of such board.
