      65-2918.   Physical therapists and physical therapistassistants practicing in accordance with law not subjectto healing arts act.Physical therapists and physical therapist assistants practicing theirprofession, whenlicensed or certified and practicing under and in accordance with theprovisions ofarticle 29of chapter 65 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and acts amendatory of theprovisions thereof or supplemental thereto, shall not be construed to bepracticing the healing arts or be subject to the healing arts act.
