65-3006. Same; publication and enforcement of regulations; employmentof personnel; services.The secretary shall:
(a) Publish and enforce the rules, regulations and standards promulgatedhereunder. The secretary shall furnish a copy of such rules, regulations orstandards adopted hereunder to any citizen upon request.
(b) Employ such professional, technical and other staff, and providesuch technical, scientific and other services as may be required, includinglaboratory facilities, for the purpose of effectuating the provisions ofthis act from funds appropriated and available for the purposes of thisact.
