Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 30.--AIR QUALITY CONTROL

      65-3019.   Application of act; limitations.Nothing in this act shall be construed to:

      (a)   Grant the secretary any jurisdiction or authority with respect toair contamination existing solely within commercial and industrial plants,works and shops.

      (b)   Affect the relations between employers and employees.

      (c)   Supersede or limit the applicability of any law or ordinancerelating to industrial health, safety or sanitation.
