65-3023. Same; fees; disposition of moneys; power generating facilityfee fund created.The secretary shall remit all moneys received from fees under K.S.A.65-3022,and amendments thereto, to the state treasurerin accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, and amendmentsthereto. Upon receiptof each such remittance, the state treasurer shall deposit the entire amountin the state treasury to the credit of the power generatingfacility fee fund, whichfund is hereby created. All expenditures from such fund shall be made inaccordance with appropriation acts upon warrants of the director of accountsand reports issued pursuant to vouchers approved by the secretary.
