Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 31.--INTERSTATE COMPACT ON MENTAL HEALTH

      65-3103.   Same; supplementary agreements.The compact administrator is hereby authorized and empowered to enterinto supplementary agreements with appropriate officials of other statespursuant to articles VII and XI of the compact. In the event that suchsupplementary agreements shall require or contemplate the use of anyinstitution or facility of this state or require or contemplate theprovision of any service by this state, no such agreement shall have forceor effect until approved by the head of the department or agency underwhose jurisdiction said institution or facility is operated or whosedepartment or agency will be charged with the rendering of such service.
