Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 31.--INTERSTATE COMPACT ON MENTAL HEALTH

      65-3105.   Same; required preliminary steps to transfer.The compact administrator is hereby directed to consult with theimmediate family of any proposed transferee and, in the case of a proposedtransferee from an institution in this state to an institution in anotherparty state, to take no final action without approval of the court ofcommitment if the proposed transferee is in an institution pursuant to anorder of a court.
