Article 32.--REVISED UNIFORM ANATOMICAL GIFT ACT

      65-3237.   Immunity.(a) A person that acts in accordance with this actor with the applicable anatomical gift law ofanother state, or in good faith attempts to do so, is not liable for the act ina civil action, criminalprosecution, or administrative proceeding.

      (b)   Neither the person making an anatomical gift northe donor's estate is liable for any injury ordamage that results from the making or use of the gift.

      (c)   In determining whether an anatomical gift has been made, amended, orrevoked under thisact, a person may rely upon representations of an individual listed in K.S.A.2009 Supp. 65-3228 (a)(2), (3), (4),(5), (6), (7), or (8), and amendments thereto, relating to the individual'srelationship to the donor orprospective donorunless the person knows that the representation is untrue.
