Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 33.--WATER POLLUTION CONTROL

      65-3302.   State water pollution control account; municipality defined. An account to be known as the state water pollution control account ishereby created in the state treasury to provide financial assistance tomunicipalities of this state in the construction of those portions of waterpollution control projects which qualify for federal aid and assistanceunder the provisions of public law 660 of the 84th congress, known as thefederal water pollution control act, as amended, including the clean waterrestoration act of 1966. (P.L. 89-753). For the purposes of this act,municipalities shall include any county, city, sewer district or otherpublic agency or any combination thereof.
