65-3311. Same; recommendations by planning committee to governmentalunits regarding implementation of plan.In carrying out its duties with regard to the implementationof a countywide wastewater management plan, any county planning committeemay recommend such reasonable ordinances, rules, regulations and standardsfor industrial siting, onsite residential wastewater treatment facilities(including septic tanks) and water delivery and wastewater systems in newlydeveloping areas within the county to the county commissioners or municipalgovernment authorized to enact such ordinances, rules and regulations, whichgovernmental unit is hereby authorized to enact and enforce. The rulesand regulations and standards shall be in conformity with the rules andregulations and standards adopted by the secretary for wastewater managementof point source pollution.
