Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 33.--WATER POLLUTION CONTROL

      65-3328.   Annual report.The secretary shall prepare an annual report describing how the state hasmet the goals and objectives for the previous year as identified in theintended use plan prepared pursuant to K.S.A. 65-3325. Thesecretary shall submit the annual report to the administrator, thegovernor, and the legislature.
