      65-3412.   Hearings in accordance with Kansas administrative procedureact; judicial review.Any person aggrieved by an order or disapproval of thesecretary pursuant to K.S.A. 65-3411 and amendments thereto may,within 15days of service of the order, request in writing a hearing on theorder. Hearings shallbe conducted in accordance with theprovisions of the Kansas administrative procedure act.Any action of the secretary pursuant to this section is subject to reviewin accordance with the act for judicial review and civil enforcement of agency actions.
