Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 34.--SOLID AND HAZARDOUS WASTE

      65-3414.   Enforcement by county or district attorney.The county or district attorney of every county is hereby authorized anddirected tofile appropriate actions for enforcement of this act. The county or districtattorney filing the action shall notifythe secretary before filing the action.
