Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 34.--SOLID AND HAZARDOUS WASTE

      65-3416a.   Severability.If any clause, sentence, section, provision, or part of this act shall beadjudged to be unconstitutional or invalid for any reason by any court ofcompetent jurisdiction, such judgment shall not invalidate, impair, or affectthe remainder of this act, which shall remain in full force and effect.
