      65-3424l.   Vehicle tire disposal; hearingsand review of orders anddecisions of secretary.(a) Any person adversely affected by any order or decision ofthe secretary pursuant to K.S.A. 65-3424 through 65-3424i, and amendmentsthereto, may, within 15 days of service of the order or decision, request inwriting a hearing. Hearings under this section shall be conducted inaccordance with the provisions of the Kansas administrative procedure act.

      (b)   Any person adversely affected by any action of the secretary pursuant tothis act may obtain review of such action in accordance with the act forjudicial review and civil enforcement of agency actions.
