      65-3452a.   Definition of hazardous substances.As used in this act, unless the context clearly requires otherwise,"hazardous substances" shall have the meaning ascribed to such term bysection 101 of the comprehensive environmental response, compensation andliability act of 1980 of the United States as in effect on January 1, 1988.
