Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 34.--SOLID AND HAZARDOUS WASTE

      65-3481.   Same; permit system established by rules and regulations ofsecretary of health and environment, contents.The secretary shall: (a) Adopt rules and regulationsestablishing a permit systemwhich includes standards for facilities and procedures for implementationof a permit system for the construction or modification of a PCBdisposal facility including, but not limited to,content of applications, evidence of financial responsibility, existinghydrogeological characteristics, environmental assessment, training ofpersonnel, qualifications of ownership,continuity of operation and public notification and participation; and

      (b)   adopt any other rules and regulations necessary to enforce theprovisions of this act.
