      65-34,112.   Same; agreements between secretary and local governments oragencies thereof to act as secretary's agent to carry out provisions of act.The secretary and the governing body of any city, county orother political subdivision may enter into agreements authorizing the localfire department, building inspection department, health department,department of environmental control or other municipal, county or localgovernmental agency, to act as the secretary's agent to carry out theprovisions of this act under such terms and conditions as the secretary shall prescribe.
