      65-34,119a.   Retroactive reimbursement from underground fund.(a) An owner or operator shall be entitled to reimbursement fromthe underground fund for the costs of corrective action taken on or after April1, 1990, in response to a release from an underground petroleum storage tankwhich was discovered on or after December 22, 1988, to the extent that suchowner or operator would be entitled to reimbursement if the release had beendiscovered on or afterApril 1, 1990, including application of all applicable deductibles andconditions of reimbursementimposed by K.S.A. 65-34,119 and amendmentsthereto.

      (b)   This section shall be part of and supplemental to the Kansasstorage tank act.
