      65-34,134.   Abolishment of Kansas essential fuelssupply trust fund and board.The Kansas essential fuels supply trust fund compensationadvisory board and the Kansas essential fuels supply trust fund shall beandare hereby abolished on July 1, 2012. At the time of suchabolishment remainingfunds shall be deposited in the underground fund.
