65-34,137. Non-fuel flammable or combustible liquidaboveground storage tank system fund.(a) There is hereby established as a segregated fundin the state treasury the non-fuel flammable or combustible liquidaboveground storage tank system fund. Revenue from the fines assessed pursuanttoK.S.A. 2009 Supp.65-34,136, and amendments thereto, shall be deposited inthe state treasuryand credited to the fund.
(b) Moneys in the non-fuel flammable or combustible liquidaboveground storage tank system fund shall be expended only foradministration and enforcement of the provisions ofK.S.A. 2009 Supp.65-34,136, andamendments thereto.
(c) All expenditures from the non-fuel flammable orcombustible liquid aboveground storage tank system fund shall bemade in accordance with appropriation acts upon warrants of thedirector of accounts and reports issued pursuant to vouchersapproved by the state fire marshal.
(d) This section shall be part of and supplemental to theKansas storage tank act.
