Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 34.--SOLID AND HAZARDOUS WASTE

      65-34,145.   Registration; fee; posting.(a) Each owner of an operating drycleaning facility shall registerannually with the department on a formprovided by the department. The registration shall be accompanied by a feeof $100 for each operating drycleaning facility owned by the owner. Thesecretary shall remit the fees paid pursuant to this section tothe statetreasurer in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215,andamendments thereto. Upon receipt of each such remittance, the statetreasurer shall deposit the entire amount in the statetreasury to thecredit of the fund.

      (b)   The owner of a drycleaning facility shall post the owner's registrationnumber, in a manner prescribed by the secretary, in the public area of eachoperating drycleaning facility owned by the owner.
