Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 38.--SAFETY MATERIALS

      65-3804.   Same; penalty; exception to liability.Any person who violates any provision of this act shall be guilty of aclass C misdemeanor, except that no liability under this act shall becreated as to any person who is an employee of a contractor, subcontractoror other employer responsible for compliance with this act.
