      65-416.   State medical facilities plan; provisions.The state medical facilities plan shall provide, in accordance with thefederal act and federal regulations adopted pursuant thereto, for adequate medicalfacilities for the people residing in this state and insofar as possibleshall provide for their distribution throughout the state in such manner asto make all types of medical facility services reasonablyaccessible to all persons in the state.
