Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 4.--HOSPITALS AND OTHER FACILITIES

      65-417.   Application for federal funds for survey and planning;expenditure.The secretary is authorized to make application to the federal secretaryof health, education and welfare for federal funds to assist in carryingout the survey and planning activities herein provided. Such fundsshall be deposited in the state treasury and shall be available to thesecretary for expenditure for carrying out the purposes of K.S.A. 65-415to 65-417, inclusive, and any amendments thereto. Any suchfunds received and not expended for such purposes shall be repaid to thetreasury of the United States.
