Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 4.--HOSPITALS AND OTHER FACILITIES

      65-420.   Medical facility projects; application for funds.Applications for federal funds or loans for medical facility projects, exceptspecial project grants under section 1625 of public law 93-641 which shallbe submitted directly to the federal secretary of health, education andwelfare, shall be submitted to the secretary and may be submitted by thestate or any political subdivision thereof or by any public or other nonprofitagency. Eachapplication for federal funds or loans for a medical facility project shallconform to federal and staterequirements.
