Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 4.--HOSPITALS AND OTHER FACILITIES

      65-422.   Inspection of projects; certification.The secretary shall inspect each medical facility projectapproved by the federal secretary of health, education and welfare; and,if the inspection so warrants, thesecretary shall certify to the federal secretary of health, education andwelfare that work has been performedupon the project or purchases have been made, in accordance with theapproved plans and specifications, and that payment of an installment offederal funds is due to the applicant.
