65-423. Medical facilities project fund established; deposit of federalmoneys; uses.The secretary is hereby authorized to receive federal funds in behalfof, and transmit them to, such applicants for federal funds or loans formedical facility projects approved by the federal secretary of health, educationand welfare. There is hereby established, inthe state treasury a medical facilities project fund. Moneyreceived from the federal government for a medical facility project approved bythe federal secretary of health, education and welfare shall be depositedto the credit of this fund and shallbe used solely for payments due for work performed or purchasesmade in carrying out approved projects. Warrants for all payments from themedical facilities project fund shall bear the signatureof the secretary or the secretary's duly authorized agent for such purpose.
