      65-424a.   Medical facilities; definition.As used in this act: "Medical facilities" means diagnostic and treatmentcenters, rehabilitation facilities and nursing homes as those terms aredefined in title VI of the United States public health service act (42U.S.C. 291 et seq.) and any amendments thereto, and such other medicalfacilities for which federal aid may be authorized under such federal act.
