Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 4.--HOSPITALS AND OTHER FACILITIES

      65-427.   Licensure.After July 1, 1973, no person or governmental unit, acting severally orjointly with any other person or governmental unit shall establish, conductor maintain a medical care facility in this state without a license underthis law.
