Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 4.--HOSPITALS AND OTHER FACILITIES

      65-432.   Time for compliance with rules, regulations and standards.Any medical care facility which is in operation at the time ofpromulgation of any applicable rules or regulations or minimum standardsunder this act shall be given a reasonable time, under the particularcircumstances not to exceed two years from the date of such promulgation,within which to comply with such rules and regulations and minimumstandards.
