Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 4.--HOSPITALS AND OTHER FACILITIES

      65-436.   Information confidential; exceptions.(a) Except as provided in subsection (b), information received by thelicensing agency through filed reports, inspections or as otherwiseauthorized under this act, shall not be disclosed publicly in such manneras to identify individuals.

      (b)   Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (a) to thecontrary, the following information may be disclosed publicly in such amanner as to identify individuals or medical care facilities:Information received by the licensing agency through filed reports,inspections or as otherwise authorized under this act, in a proceedinginvolving the question of licensure.
