Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 4.--HOSPITALS AND OTHER FACILITIES

      65-439.   Penalties.Any person establishing, conducting, managing, or operating any medicalcare facility without a license under this law shall be guilty of amisdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined not more than one hundreddollars for the first offense and not more than fifty dollars for eachsubsequent offense, and each day of a continuing violation after convictionshall be considered a separate offense.
