      65-469.   Same; state policy to encourage rural health networks.The legislature of the state of Kansas recognizes theimportance and necessity of providing and regulating the system whereby healthcare services are integrated to protect the public'sgeneral health, safety and welfare. It is the policy of the state of Kansas toencourage development of and participation in rural health networks.Implementation of a rural health network under the provisions of this act andamendments thereto effectuate these policies.
