      65-4019.   Information confidential.Information received by the secretary through filed reports,inspections, or as otherwise authorized under this act, shall not bedisclosed in such manner as to identify any individual, except in aproceeding involving the question of licensure or pursuant to an order by acourt of competent jurisdiction.
