Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 40.--ALCOHOLISM AND INTOXICATION TREATMENT

      65-4023.   Injunction.Notwithstanding the existence or pursuit of any other remedy, thesecretary may maintain an action in the name of the state for an injunctionor other process against any person or governmental unit to restrain orprevent the establishment or operation of atreatmentfacility without a license under this law.
