Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 41.--CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES

      65-4122.   Order forms for distribution of substances in schedules I andII.Controlled substances in schedules I and II shall be distributed by aregistrant to another registrant only pursuant to an order form. Compliancewith the provisions of federal law respecting order forms shall be deemedcompliance with this section.
